Based on BKS Iyengar School of Yoga - Organized by Yoga Room Kathmandu -

We learn to open up our emotional center to bring vastness in our being, so we can withstand all types of strains and stresses.

Day 1 (30 March)

  • 7:00 a.m. Departure from Kathmandu
  • 9:00 a.m. Arrival at Vishuddhi Alaya, Welcome tea/coffee
  • 10:00-12:00 Asana session
  • 13:00-14:00 Lunch break
  • 14:00-16:00 Hike through the villages and surrounding forests
  • 16:30-18:00 Restorative Session 
  • 18:30 Dinner 

Day 2 (31 March)

  • 7:30-9:30 Asana session
  • 10:00-11:00 Breakfast/Brunch 
  • 11:00-12:00 Talk/Film on Yoga or Village Walk
  • 12:00-13:30 Pranayama session
  • 14:00 Lunch
  • 15:00 Departure to Kathmandu
