Morning classes focus on association of body, breath and mind in various postures. Evening classes focus on breathing techniques and restorative practice. In addition, classes on chanting and philosophy will be given by experienced teachers. Other activities such as singing bowl sessions, talks on Ayurveda and more health related topics will be offered as per request and availability of practitioners. Shorter hikes in between practice hours are offered to nearby sites of cultural or natural interest.
Courses last for 1-2 weeks and consist of morning and evening classes of 2-3 hours each.
